β οΈ What we can't help with
Because PDLoans247 is a referral and education service β not a lender β there are some things you'll need to take elsewhere.
Please contact your lender directly for:
- Loan status, balance, or payoff amounts β only the lender has this
- Payment extensions, hardship plans, or due date changes
- Disputes about charges, fees, or interest applied to your account
- Stopping or modifying ACH/automatic withdrawals
- Credit reporting questions β contact the lender and the bureaus
- Fraud or identity theft on a funded loan β call the lender's fraud line and your bank
For unresolved lender disputes, you can also file a complaint with the CFPB or your state attorney general's office.
